# Sarpy v3

Must use python version 3.9

If on Ubuntu, run `sudo apt-get install python3.9-distutils` 

`pip install setuptools==65.5.0 pip==21`

`python3 -m venv venv` or to specify a specific version you have installed `virtualenv -p /bin/python3.9 venv` - this example uses 3.9.

On Windows `./venv/Scripts/activate`
On Mac/Linux `source venv/bin/activate`

`pip3 install -r requirements.txt`
